Brubeck was born in Concord, California on December 6, 2020. We are lucky that, during his college years, he decided not to study to be a veterinarian but rather concentrated on his true love, piano jazz. This program provides a broad sampling of the music produced by the Quartet, putting the spotlight both on Brubeck and alto player Paul Desmond.
